Plano’s gymnast ‘Madison Kocian’ is headed to 2016 Olympics at Rio. On July 10, 2016, she was named as a member of the U.S. women’s gymnastics team.
Born 15 June 1997, Madison Taylor Kocian is an artistic gymnast and a 2015 world champion on uneven bars and a two-time World Championships team member. She helped the United States win their third team gold in a row.
Coached by Cecile Canqueteau-Landi and Laurent Landi, she has been a U.S. National Team member on and off since 2009.
