Dallas-based Maclay Properties Company that provides management and leasing of retail properties was recently hired for Custer Square Shopping Center, a 12,000 square foot retail and restaurant property in Richardson, Texas.
Maclay also brokered the sale of the 100,000 square foot Eastgate Shopping Center in Garland, Texas. The company was also hired on as the shopping center’s management and leasing company. Maclay leased 34,000 square feet of anchor space in the shopping center to Jumping World, a family-friendly trampoline and entertainment park, and an additional 1,000 square feet of premiere space to SZ Studio Fitness for Zumba, yoga, and fitness classes.
The company currently manages over 600,000 square feet of retail space in nine properties located throughout Texas and Georgia and is looking forward to more expansion in the near future.
