Intelligent Epitaxy Technology (IntelliEPI) is consolidating operations with new 68,000-square-foot headquarters located near Ridgemont Drive and Greenville Avenue. The location is prime real estate with connections to U.S. highway 75 and Greenville Ave.
Established in 1999 in Richardson, the firm manufactures semi-conductor wafers found in cellphones, cars, optical network and infrared detection.It has another location base in Taiwan.
In 2014, the company purchased 7.5 acres near Ridgemont Drive and Greenville Avenue in Allen.
Andrew Kang is the chairman of the IntelliEPI board of directors.
